With two new pairs of boots on the way, by mail, I'm high enough from all the waiting... I know, I have a serious shoe problem. But hey, why not indulge every now and again? Feeling in a Bohemian mood, I turned to my brown 3-layer fringed Minnetonka boots. I'm sure many of you remember this dress. I thought the pop of color would complement the boots well. A few golden accents, and voila! instant frivolity.
